The Invisible Pink Unicorn

Since I have faith in God, the burden of proof should be on me, to show that He exists. Some might say .

After all, if there is no evidence that God exists, why should you believe in Him, rather than an invisible pink unicorn, or a teapot encircling the Earth in orbit?

I have the Bible as “evidence”. In quotes because, as I have said, faith is only necessary in the absence of evidence. And hard evidence, I have none. I have put my faith in the testimony of Jesus Christ, who said that He is God. Who lived an extraordinary life. Whose Way is hard to follow. That is the reason I have to believe. I have no such reason to believe in fairies, pink unicorns or orbiting teapots.
